When a player registers and before that player is set up to participate in any program, a substantial portion
of the registration fees are paid out in that player's name to other organizations and can not be transferrred to another
player. These fees are paid out whether that player attends no part of the program or the entire season. These
fees that are paid to other organizations are not refundable to the WCSA and therefore are not available for refunding to
the registered player. Additionally, the WCSA plans, budgets and organizes field use, staffing, team rosters and more.
Our refund policy as stated on registration agreements is below:
... I also understand that there are no refunds offered except for certified medical reasons or the player
moves out of the area. Refunds in these cases only apply before the season
or program activity begins.
Depending
on the program, we may be able to transfer a player to a different program within the same season however, we are not able
to refund partial differences in program fees.
This is our complete
policy regarding refunds and can not be amended on a case by case basis.
